At present, our logistics operations are restricted to Domestic Shipping within Thailand only. International shipping is currently unavailable.

Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Made-to-Order: As our items are meticulously crafted upon request, please allow a production lead time of 1–5 business days following payment confirmation.
• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically concludes within 1–5 business days, subject to courier efficiency and destination proximity.

Shipping Protocols

• Tracking: All shipments are dispatched via reputable domestic couriers. A tracking number will be issued via email/system once the package has entered the carrier's network.
• Complimentary Shipping: We provide Free Domestic Shipping on all orders across Thailand, with no minimum purchase required.

Liability & Address Accuracy

• Accuracy: The customer bears full responsibility for providing a precise and complete shipping address. We are not liable for delays, losses, or delivery failures resulting from erroneous address data.
• Damaged Goods: If a package arrives in a damaged state, the customer must notify us within 24 hours of receipt with supporting evidence (photos/videos) to initiate a claim.
